eCRATER encourages all buyers to use the ask a seller a question feature on each listing before making any purchases if they have concerns about the product listing. MomsRetro promises to give your questions immediate attention within 24 hours.
PAYMENT: Google Checkout, Money Orders, checks*.
I can only ship to Confirmed Shipping Addresses.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS: Click on "Alternative Checkout" then select PayPal to continue through to the main sign-in page. Delivery confirmation is mandatory with PayPal purchases. I can only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.
BOOK SHIPPING: Books ship after payment via US Mail. Books are shipped Media Mail (7-9 days).
JEWELRY SHIPPING: Jewelry and other small items can be shipped via First Class Mail (3-4 days).
ART/COLLECTIBLE SHIPPING: Unless otherwise noted, shipping prices quoted are for Parcel Post (7-30 days).
PLANT SHIPPING: Plants ship after payment via US Mail Priority Mail. I have been shipping my plant cutting across the United States for over three years with great success. I hand pick, inspect and rinse each cutting lot before loosely packing them in plastic bags. I do not ship plants on Fridays or Saturday so they don't sit at a holding station over the week-end. If you have additional concerns about shipping please feel free to contact me.
NOTE: There are no returns/refunds on plants. However I do offer email support to answer any planting questions you may have to help get your plants off to a good growing start.
COMBINED SHIPPING: I make an effort to charge reasonable shipping rates. I am happy to combine shipping on listings. Please send me a note so I can send a correct shipping quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: The flatter the Item in Question is, the more likely I can slip it into a Flat Rate Envelope or Box. Please ask for a quote using the Ask Seller A Question button. I can only ship to Confirmed Shipping Addresses.
If you prefer expedited shipping, just use the Ask A Seller A Question option on the listing for an updated quote.
* PAYING by MO / CHECK: Only for amounts under $20. Please use the Ask Seller A Question option for my address. I will send you a note when I recieve your payment and give you a shipping ETA. Your check may need to clear my bank before I can send item, this may take up to 7 days. Please include your address and item name.
*PERSONAL CHECKS: For the time being, I am able to take checks for under $20 IF you send me a note beforehand.
RETURN POLICY: I want you to be happy with your purchase! If there is a problem with your order please let me know within 48 hours of receipt. If the item is damaged keep all the original packing materials together. Returns must be received within 14 days (delivery confirmation recommended). Refunds do not include shipping or insurance fees. I do not issue refunds until I have received the returned item and scanned it for my personal security devices.
PAYPAL: If you with to make a return you will need to contact me beforehand and use Proof of Delivery. I do not refund PayPal purchases until after I have recieved the item and it has been scanned and verified. Returns must be received within 14 days of contact.
