Kidnapped by Robert Louis Stevenson with fold-out maps and leather binding.
The Biographical Edition of the Works of Robert Louis Stevenson
DESCRIPTION: Hardcover with leather or suede cover with gold lettering and a beautiful design of a sailing ship on the front, also in gold. Small water stain on upper right corner of cover. The front cover has separated from the book. The spine has rubbing and scuffing making the title hard to read.
Inside, the book has three fold-out maps in excellent condition.
I like the Notes section in the back; it’s like a glossary or dictionary for words and phrases you may not understand in the book. Wonderful little old book and a classic story by a legendary Scottish author.
